Refund & Return Policy

OEKEY accepts returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the conditions below. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returns initiated after 30 days will only be considered for verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every return.
  • Custom-configured or clearance items may be marked as final sale — this will be noted on the product page.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Return Shipping

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: OEKEY will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse return shipping after verification.

Warranty

All products sold by OEKEY are covered by a 12-month Australian warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the rights provided to consumers under Australian Consumer Law. Warranty claims do not need to be made within the 30-day return window.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@oekey.com.au with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product, including any damage or defect

Our Sydney team will respond within one business day with the next steps and (where applicable) the return shipping address.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where applicable, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for a major failure of a product.
