Why OEKEY exists

If you've tried buying a Wooting 80HE, an Angry Miao Cyberboard, or a fresh batch of TTC switches from overseas, you already know the drill. You wait 4 to 6 weeks for the parcel to clear KR or CN customs. You pay GST and duty at the door. The switches arrive bent, the keycap set has a misprint, and the seller in Shenzhen has stopped replying to emails. There is no Australian warranty path, no local RMA address, and no one in your timezone to escalate to.

OEKEY exists to remove that pain. We are an independent Australian multi-brand retailer that holds local stock of the keyboards, switches, mice, and keycaps that the enthusiast community actually wants — backed by Australian Consumer Law and a real Sydney warehouse you can call.

We don't list everything. We list what we've tested, what we can support, and what we have on the shelf right now. Brands we carry, grouped by category:

Tools

Australian warranty and support

Every product sold by OEKEY is covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, plus the manufacturer's warranty for that brand (which we honour locally — you do not ship back to China or Korea). DOA units are replaced from local stock. Out-of-warranty repairs and switch-level replacements are handled in-house where possible.

Support is handled by a small team in Sydney, not a chat-bot funnel. Most enquiries are answered within one business day on AEST hours.

Sydney warehouse, same-day dispatch

We hold all listed stock at our facility in Homebush West, NSW. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Free shipping on Australian orders over $99. Standard and express options available at checkout via Australia Post and StarTrack.

Where we don't compete

A few things we deliberately do not do:

• No dropshipping. If a product is listed in stock, it's physically on our shelf. If we're out, the listing says so.
• No "coming soon" pre-orders without dates. When we take a pre-order, we publish the inbound shipment ETA and update it weekly.
• No grey-market listings without warranty. If we can't get authorised stock with brand support, we don't list it.
• No bait pricing. The price on the listing is the price at checkout — GST included, no surprise import fees.
